Where the offsites go

Out of the city
01

Hudson Valley inns and estates

Tarrytown, Beacon, Rhinebeck, New Paltz: 60 to 120 minutes up the Thruway, on the roads a coach can use, and the coach stays on site for the retreat.

02

The Catskills and the Berkshires

A lodge for the weekend, two and a half hours out. The coach and driver stay, or come back for the ride home, whichever prices better; both are on the quote.

03

The Poconos and the Delaware Water Gap

Resort offsites out I-80: one departure from the office or a Jersey City hotel, tolls at cost.

04

Long Island and the Shore

A North Fork vineyard day or a Shore house: one coach, one driver, and nobody drives home.

05

Board and investor days

A morning hotel pickup, the offsite, dinner and the late return on one plan, with a driver who waits.

How an offsite runs

The plan
01

Leave together, arrive together

One departure from the office, everyone on the same coach, the agenda starting on the road. Late arrivals and lost rental cars stop being your problem.

02

The coach stays with you

For an overnight, the coach and driver stay for the retreat or return for the ride home. Either way it is one number on one quote, and the ride home leaves when you say.

03

Roads a coach can use

The Taconic, the Saw Mill and the Palisades are closed to buses, and every GPS route to a Hudson Valley inn uses one of them. We route on the Thruway and Route 9 and set the drop with the venue before the date.

04

One contact, one number

One coordinator plans the run, the driver has your point person’s cell the morning of, and a stop added on the way home goes to one number.

How booking works

Three steps
Step 01

Send the dates, the destination and the headcount

A rough agenda is enough: departure day and time, the venue, when you want to be back.

Step 02

One all-in number the same day

Day trip or overnight, gratuity and fuel are in the number. Tolls are itemized at cost.

Step 03

Approve, and it is on the calendar

Invoiced to the company, driver info the day before, one contact through the weekend.

Right-sized for your group

Questions, answered

Offsites & Retreats FAQ
Do you do overnight retreats?
Yes. The coach and driver either stay for the retreat or return for the ride home, whichever prices better for the dates. Both options are on the quote as one number each.
How far will you go?
The Hudson Valley, the Catskills, the Berkshires, the Poconos, Long Island and the Jersey Shore are regular runs; Philadelphia, Boston and Washington are quoted as full days.
Can we stop on the way?
Yes. A coffee stop, a hike, a vineyard on the way back: stops go on the itinerary and the driver has them before the morning of.
Can the coach stay at the venue during the offsite?
Usually. We confirm the parking with the venue before the date; where a venue cannot hold a coach, the driver lays over nearby and is back at the door at your time.
Can this be invoiced to the company?
Yes. The quote is one all-in number with gratuity and fuel in it and tolls itemized at cost; a 25 percent deposit holds the date and the balance is invoiced seven days out, by card, ACH or check. NET terms and POs are available for established accounts.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We provide COIs on request and can name your company as additional insured where your contract or the event requires it.
