The routes we run

Employee shuttles
01

Train station runs

Secaucus Junction, Newark Penn, Hoboken Terminal or Metropark to the office and back, timed to the trains your people actually take.

02

Park-and-ride loops

A satellite lot to the front door on a loop, every fifteen or twenty minutes through the morning and evening peaks.

03

Campus and multi-building loops

Two buildings and a parking deck on a continuous loop through the day, one vehicle, one driver.

04

Shift changes and late runs

A 6 AM run in and an 11 PM run out for the plant or the hospital, on the days the shift runs.

05

Temporary routes

A garage closure, a renovation, a relocation: a route for the six weeks it is needed, and it stops when it stops.

How a shuttle route runs

The plan
01

Priced to the schedule, not the hour

Recurring routes are quoted to the timetable, per day or per month, on one invoice. The 5-hour minimum applies to single runs, not to a standing route.

02

The same driver

Consistent drivers where possible, so the person at the wheel on Thursday is the one your people rode with on Monday.

03

A route that adjusts

Headcount up, a stop added, a schedule moved for a holiday week: one contact makes the change and the driver has it before the next run.

04

Backup capacity

Every vehicle is inspected before dispatch, and if one develops a problem another moves to cover the run. You hear about it after it is solved.

How booking works

Three steps
Step 01

Send the schedule and the stops

First run, last run, the stops in between and a rough headcount per run. A screenshot of the shift schedule works.

Step 02

A per-day or per-month number

Priced to the timetable, gratuity and fuel in, tolls at cost. A trial month is fine.

Step 03

Approve, and the route starts Monday

One monthly invoice, one contact, driver info before the first run.

Right-sized for your group

8 to 55-plus

A 14-seat Sprinter covers a station run. A mini bus or a mini coach covers a park-and-ride loop. Two vehicles cover a shift change.

Questions, answered

Employee Shuttles FAQ
How is a recurring route priced?
To the schedule: the runs per day, the days per week and the vehicle size set a per-day or per-month number. The 5-hour minimum applies to single runs, not to a standing route.
Can we start with a trial?
Yes. A trial month on the real schedule is the normal way to start, and the route can change after it.
Where in New Jersey do you run?
Bergen, Hudson, Passaic, Essex, Morris and Union counties, plus Manhattan for the train-station and PATH connections. Farther is quoted case by case.
What if ridership changes?
The vehicle size and the number of runs can change with the headcount. Tell your coordinator and the schedule is updated for the next week.
Do you offer NET terms and take POs?
Yes, for established accounts. Standing routes are invoiced monthly, and POs are accepted.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We provide COIs on request and can name your company as additional insured where your contract or the event requires it.

The schedule, the stops and a rough headcount are enough for a per-day number.
