School, camp and youth groups to Nickelodeon Universe, the DreamWorks Water Park and Big SNOW at American Dream in East Rutherford, with the charter-bus drop-off reservation the mall requires and everyone home together.
Price the American Dream trip →Every trip runs under a licensed motor carrier’s New York or New Jersey DOT authority, with vehicles maintained and inspected on schedule.
Every driver is background-checked before they sit behind the wheel of a school group.
Each vehicle is checked before it rolls — not after the kids are loaded.
Every trip runs insured. A certificate of insurance is available for your school or organization on request.
American Dream sits beside MetLife Stadium in the Meadowlands, and it is strict about charter buses: no reservation, no drop-off. Those rules are the bus company’s to meet, and they are part of our plan for the date.
Groups arriving by charter bus must have a drop-off reservation, made by the bus company, and every bus is inspected and registered by security before it drops off or picks up, with the mall’s registration on display.
The bus company must be registered with American Dream with a certificate of insurance on file before the date. We send it ahead so the bus is cleared at the gate.
The mall’s group sales recommend booking three to nine months ahead. Guests under 16 need an adult 21 or older with them from 4 PM on, one for every ten.
On MetLife Stadium event days, event parking takes over nearby lots hours ahead and oversized vehicles can pay an extra fee, so we check the stadium calendar before we set your date.
Spot time is set ahead of departure, and the teacher and the driver have each other’s cell the night before. Weekday attraction hours vary through the year, so the departure is timed to your tickets.
About 25 minutes from Midtown or Newark and about 45 from Staten Island or Morris County on a weekday morning, outside of stadium events. Tolls are itemized at cost.
Round trips are quoted with the wait built in. After the registered drop-off the bus waits where American Dream directs buses, and it is back for the reserved pickup.
The return is timed to your pickup time at the school, and the trip leader gets a heads-up when the bus is ten minutes out.
The trip date, students and chaperones, the school address, and the time on your confirmation if you have it.
Gratuity and fuel are in the number and tolls are itemized at cost: one price a business office or PTA can approve.
Driver info the day before, one contact the morning of, and the bus at the school before the bell.
A class of 25 with its chaperones rides a mini coach. Two classes with chaperones, up to 55, fill a full coach.
The whole grade? Several buses leave the school together and arrive together, coordinated as one trip.
“Top notch service, we will definitely be riding with Glyde again.”
The date, the headcount and the school or camp address are enough to price the day.
