Hotel blocks in Wayne and Paramus to The Tides Estate, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →The Tides Estate is a seven-acre property at 1245 Belmont Avenue in North Haledon, with weddings up to 350 seated and the ceremony outdoors in the gardens or indoors at the same size. Valet is part of the wedding package, so guest cars clear the drive quickly and the coach unloads at the main entrance.
The estate’s own accommodations page names the Hilton Garden Inn Wayne and the Residence Inn Wayne on the Hamburg Turnpike side, about 10 minutes away. The Route 46 hotels in Wayne, Totowa and Fairfield (the Courtyard, the Home2 Suites, the Wyndham Garden, the DoubleTree) run about 15, and the Bergen County blocks in Paramus, Fair Lawn and Saddle Brook about 20. A Manhattan hotel is about 45.
The venue’s own directions bring cars in from Route 208 by Ewing Avenue and High Mountain Road, or from Route 23 by Ratzer Road, and the coach runs the same way, then drops at the main entrance. Where the coach waits on the property is confirmed with the banquet manager for each event. Your coordinator has the driver’s cell the morning of.
A full house is two coaches on a stagger from Wayne, or one 55-seat coach on two runs; the hotel blocks are close enough that a return loop takes half an hour. First pickups are timed so guests are in the gardens 20 minutes before the ceremony, and the last coach waits through the send-off.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.

A complete price for the day — usually back to you the same day, not days later.
A 25% deposit holds your date and your bus, any time in your planning window.
You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
