The venue publishes ample parking and valet, so the coach has room to wait on the property between runs.
The venue’s own recommended hotels are the Marriott Park Ridge, the Hilton Pearl River and the Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe; blocks also land at the Courtyard Montvale, the Courtyard Paramus and the Sheraton Mahwah. Park Ridge, Montvale and Pearl River are about 10 to 15 minutes from the gate; Paramus, Mahwah and Teaneck run 20 to 25 on a Saturday afternoon.
The Rockleigh sits at the top of Bergen County, a mile from the New York line, and coaches come in on the Palisades Parkway or Route 9W rather than through town. We drop at the front entrance inside the gate, then park in the lot for the evening, so the return runs start from the door the minute your coordinator gives the word. Your coordinator has the driver’s cell the morning of.
A Grand Pavilion guest list is a three- or four-coach job; we run them on a stagger so the first arrives 20 minutes before the ceremony and the last is unloaded with ten to spare. Bristol Room weddings usually fit one 55-seat coach on two runs. Return runs are timed to your contracted end, with the last coach waiting for the send-off.
