Hotel blocks in Saddle Brook, Hasbrouck Heights and Paramus to The Venetian, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →The Venetian is at 546 River Drive in Garfield, near the Route 46 and Route 21 corridor, with the Grand Ballroom for up to 250 and the Palazzo configurable to 1,000. The ceremony is indoors on the marble aisle or out on the garden patios, so the shuttle serves one address all day. Valet is part of the wedding package and self-parking is on site.
Saddle Brook is the close block, the Marriott and the Crowne Plaza about 7 minutes from the door. Hasbrouck Heights (the Hilton, the Holiday Inn, the Home2 Suites) is about 10, Paramus (the Courtyard, the Hampton Inn) about 15, and a Manhattan hotel about 35 over the bridge.
The coach comes in from Route 46 or Route 21, or down Route 17 and Route 4 from the George Washington Bridge, and drops at the front entrance where the valet works. Two ballrooms can run separate events, so we clear the coach’s arrival window with the maitre d’ the week before and the coach waits in the lot, not the valet lane. Your coordinator has the driver’s cell the morning of.
A Grand Ballroom wedding is one 55-seat coach on two runs from Saddle Brook or Hasbrouck Heights, or two coaches on a stagger; a Palazzo guest list runs three or four coaches under one quote. First pickups are timed so guests are seated 20 minutes before the ceremony, and the last coach waits through the send-off.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.
Your wedding date, guest count, and best contact. Thirty seconds in the quote box, or one call.
A complete price for the day — usually back to you the same day, not days later.
A 25% deposit holds your date and your bus, any time in your planning window.
You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
