Valet is available on site; the complex’s own parking structure has a height limit that keeps coaches out.
Chelsea is the close block, the Dream Downtown, the Maritime and the Hotel Chelsea about 5 minutes. The Meatpacking District (the Standard High Line, the Gansevoort) is also about 5, and Hudson Yards and Midtown West (the Equinox, the Pendry, the Arlo Midtown) about 10.
The coach enters the complex from the West Side Highway service road around West 21st to 23rd, onto the pier roadway rather than a city street, drops where the events office directs for the Lighthouse, and leaves the pier between runs to wait up the west side, coming back on your coordinator’s call. The piers are below 60th Street, so the congestion toll goes on the quote at cost. Your coordinator has the driver’s cell the morning of.
