Hotel blocks in Midtown and Chelsea to Pier Sixty’s door at Chelsea Piers — and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date; we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →Pier Sixty is 20,000 square feet of column-free waterfront space on Pier 60 at Chelsea Piers, with the Aquitania, Oceanic, Majestic and Olympic rooms and an all-season terrace; the venue publishes up to 850 guests for a wedding, 750 on its weddings page, and complimentary room-block coordination. Chelsea Piers publishes lots in front of each pier, 20-minute complimentary drop-off parking, and drivers may drop guests at the glass front doors.
Most couples set up blocks in Chelsea and Midtown West: the Kimpton Hotel Eventi, the High Line Hotel, the Maritime Hotel and the Moxy Chelsea, five to ten minutes away, the Hilton Fashion District and the Courtyard Chelsea about ten, and the Standard High Line in the Meatpacking District. Midtown blocks run 15 to 20 minutes down the West Side Highway.
Chelsea Piers is on the West Side Highway at 23rd Street, and the venue’s own rule lets a driver bring guests to the glass front doors, with a short grace window for loading before parking is charged. So we drop at the door, leave the property between runs rather than sit in the pier lot, and come back in when your coordinator is ready to go, in and out inside the grace window so there is no parking charge on your bill. The Piers sit inside the Manhattan congestion zone, and that charge is on the quote at cost. Your coordinator has the driver’s cell the morning of.
A full Pier Sixty is a four- or five-coach job on a stagger; most weddings there run two or three 55-seat coaches, or one coach on a Chelsea loop when the block is minutes away. Pickups are set so the last coach is unloaded ten minutes before the ceremony. The last coach leaves at your contracted end and waits through the send-off.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.
Your wedding date, guest count, and best contact. Thirty seconds in the quote box, or one call.
A complete price for the day — usually back to you the same day, not days later.
A 25% deposit holds your date and your bus, any time in your planning window.
You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
