A bachelor or bachelorette party is a group of twelve to thirty people, a full day or night of stops, and one person in the group chat trying to keep everyone together. Four itineraries
Three or four taprooms in North Jersey, or a winery afternoon in Hunterdon County or the Hudson Valley. The group boards once at the house or the hotel; the driver moves the vehicle between stops and holds the schedule.
Dinner in one neighborhood, a bar or two in another, and the ride back to the hotel or the house in New Jersey at the end. Nobody splits into four cars and nobody waits for a surge-priced ride at 1 AM.
A Broadway show, a comedy club, a game at MetLife or the Garden. One pickup, one drop at the venue, and the same vehicle for the ride home when it lets out.
Twelve on a Sprinter, twenty-five on a mini bus, thirty-five on a mini coach. Everybody rides together, the plan is one plan, and the person organizing it stops counting heads at every stop.
Executive, not novelty
The vehicle is an executive mini coach or coach: forward-facing seats, air conditioning, and a professional driver whose only job is the road. It looks right pulling up to a restaurant, a winery or a hotel entrance, and it is sized to the people riding rather than to a theme.
Not a party bus. The ride is the ride; the party happens at the stops. The driver keeps the day on the schedule you set and takes everyone home at the end of it.
Drinks. The bus is not a bar. Drinking happens at the stops; the vehicle follows the carrier rules that apply to it, and what comes aboard is confirmed with you before the day. The driver’s call on the day is final.
One organizer. The maid of honor, the best man or whoever is running the group chat sends the plan, gets the quote, and gets the driver’s name and cell the night before. On the day, one call reaches the driver.
Set to your schedule
Send the stops in order with a rough time at each; the schedule is built from that. When the group wants longer at a stop, the driver stays. Time past the quoted window bills in 30-minute increments at the hourly rate, never as a surprise fee.
A city night ends late. Set the return for a fixed time, the vehicle is there, and the group that stays to the end rides home together. The quote states the full window the vehicle is reserved — the drive to your first pickup, every stop, and the return. Saturday is the same rate as any other day. The quote you approve is the invoice you get.
8 to 55 seats
Count the people riding. A bachelorette party of 14 takes a Sprinter; a group of 25 takes a mini bus; a joint bachelor-and-bachelorette weekend of 35 takes a mini coach.

Four steps
Date, first pickup, the stops in rough order, headcount and a rough end time. From whoever is organizing; approximate is fine.
One itemized number: base hours, 10% gratuity and 5% fuel already in, tolls listed at cost. No account, no deposit to see it.
Approve the quote and place the deposit; the vehicle and driver are reserved. The balance is due seven days before the trip.
The organizer gets the driver’s name and cell by email the evening before, with the pickup and the stop order restated. On the day, one call reaches the driver directly.
