Yes. A typical corporate outing might run office → venue → restaurant, or a field trip might add a second museum stop on the return. Multiple stops are planned into the itinerary upfront and built into the quoted time. Add the stops when you request your quote.

Four things. The real seat count against your headcount — a Sprinter seats 13, a mini bus 23 to 29, and the front seat is never sold. Whether the quote is itemized, with gratuity, fuel and tolls as their own lines, or one number that grows later. Whether tolls are billed at cost. And who is driving: you should have the driver’s name and cell the night before. Every Glyde quote is itemized, tolls are at cost, and there is a 5-hour minimum on each booking.

Charter rates run $200 to $300 an hour by vehicle size, with a mini bus in the middle of that range and a 5-hour minimum per booking. Gratuity and fuel are added as their own lines and tolls are billed at cost. The same rates apply across the five boroughs, Staten Island included, and New Jersey.
