Is there a minimum rental time for a minibus?
Yes — a 5-hour minimum applies per booking. Your quote reserves a dedicated bus and driver for your date. The full billing breakdown is on the pricing page.
My group is 27 people today but might be 31 by the day of the trip. What then?
Tell us the range when you inquire. If the count pushes past 29, the right move is a mini coach at 35–39 seats rather than cramming or splitting. Glyde sizes the vehicle to the group — start with your best estimate and confirm as the date gets close.
Can a minibus rental cover multiple stops in one trip?
Yes. A typical corporate outing might run office → venue → restaurant, or a field trip might add a second museum stop on the return. Multiple stops are planned into the itinerary upfront and built into the quoted time. Add the stops when you request your quote.
