Is the Sprinter Van right for my group size?

The Sprinter carries up to 16 passengers. If your headcount is 16 or fewer and everyone travels together, one Sprinter covers it. At 17 or more, you’re into Mini Bus territory or multiple Sprinters running on a coordinated plan — tell us the number and we’ll price both options.

What is the minimum booking, and how does overtime work?

A 5-hour minimum applies to all bookings. If the trip runs long, overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at the hourly rate — nothing rounds up until you hit the next half-hour mark. The full billing breakdown is on the pricing page.

How much luggage fits, and can you tell me in advance?

Luggage capacity varies by the specific vehicle assigned — some Sprinters have rear cargo space, others have in-cabin overhead only. Share your group’s bag count when you request a quote and we’ll confirm what the vehicle can hold before you book. If the load is heavy, we’ll say so and suggest the right option.
