Hotel blocks in Newport, Exchange Place and Hoboken to Battello, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →Battello is at 502 Washington Boulevard at the water end of the Newport pier in Jersey City, with up to 200 guests in the main dining room for the ceremony and reception, indoors among the flowers or outdoors on the water. The pier lot is small and first-come, with overflow in the South Garage across the boulevard.
Newport is the close block, the Westin, the Courtyard and the DoubleTree about 5 minutes from the pier, most of them a walk. Exchange Place (the Hyatt Regency on the Hudson) is about 10 minutes, the W Hoboken about 10, and a Manhattan hotel about 30 through the Holland or Lincoln Tunnel.
The coach comes down Washington Boulevard, a wide multi-lane road, drops and collects at the pier entrance, and waits away from the pier between runs because the lot will not hold it. Newport streets carry mall and residential traffic on weekend evenings, so the runs are padded. Your coordinator has the driver’s cell the morning of.
With the Newport hotels a walk away, the shuttle is usually the Manhattan or Hoboken run: one mini coach or a 55-seat coach on two runs. First pickups are timed so guests are seated 20 minutes before the ceremony, and the last coach waits through the send-off.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.

A complete price for the day — usually back to you the same day, not days later.
A 25% deposit holds your date and your bus, any time in your planning window.
You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
