Hotel blocks in Plainview and Melville to The Fox Hollow, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →The Fox Hollow is at 7725 Jericho Turnpike in Woodbury, with rooms sized from 50 to 285 guests, an indoor chapel and the gardens for the ceremony, and valet for every guest. The Inn at Fox Hollow next door has 145 suites, steps from the hall.
The Inn next door takes the main block, so the coach’s work is the off-site hotels and the city. Plainview and Syosset (the Residence Inn, the Holiday Inn, the Comfort Inn) are about 10 minutes, the Route 110 corridor in Melville (the Marriott, the Hilton Long Island/Huntington, the Hilton Garden Inn) about 12, and a Manhattan hotel about 50.
The coach comes off the LIE at exit 48, Round Swamp Road north to Jericho Turnpike, then west to the hall; the Northern State exit in car directions is closed to buses. We drop at the valet apron in front of the hall and confirm the wait spot with the maitre d’ the week before. Your coordinator has the driver’s cell the morning of.
A 285-guest room is one 55-seat coach on two runs from Plainview or Melville, or two coaches on a stagger; from Manhattan it is one coach per 50 guests as a full-day booking. First pickups are timed so guests are seated 20 minutes before the ceremony, and the last coach waits through the send-off.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.

Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
