Get your wedding quote →Crest Hollow Country Club is a 24-acre property at 8325 Jericho Turnpike in Woodbury that hosts weddings from 100 guests to more than 1,000. The ceremony is in the indoor chapel, the English Garden or the North Garden, and the club has one of the largest lots on the island with free parking and valet on request.
The Inn at Fox Hollow is a few hundred yards west on the same side of Jericho Turnpike, 3 minutes away. Plainview and Syosset (the Residence Inn, the Holiday Inn, the Comfort Inn) are about 10 minutes, the Route 110 corridor in Melville (the Marriott, the Hilton Long Island/Huntington, the Hilton Garden Inn) about 12, and a Manhattan hotel about 50.
The club’s published route is the coach route: LIE exit 48, Round Swamp Road north to its end, west on Jericho Turnpike for a mile, entrance on the right. The Northern State exit in the same directions is for cars. There is room to stage a coach on the property, and because the club moves between buildings for the ceremony and the ballroom we confirm the drop door with the maitre d’ the week before. Your coordinator has the driver’s cell the morning of.
The big rooms are three or four coaches on a stagger, or two 55-seat coaches on loops from Melville; a 250-guest wedding is one coach on two runs. From Manhattan figure one coach per 50 guests. First pickups are timed so guests are seated 20 minutes before the ceremony, and the last coach waits through the send-off.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.
Your wedding date, guest count, and best contact. Thirty seconds in the quote box, or one call.
A complete price for the day — usually back to you the same day, not days later.
A 25% deposit holds your date and your bus, any time in your planning window.
You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
