Hotel blocks in Basking Ridge, Bridgewater and Morristown to Pendry Natirar, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →Pendry Natirar is the resort built around the Mansion at Natirar, the 1912 estate house at 400 Natirar Drive inside Natirar park in Peapack-Gladstone. The Grand Ballroom takes up to 280 guests, the ballroom terrace and the Grand Lawn up to 300, with the ceremony outdoors on the lawn. The resort has 68 rooms and suites, and parking is valet.
Much of the guest list sleeps at the resort. Overflow blocks land in Basking Ridge, about 15 minutes (the Delta Hotels Basking Ridge, the Courtyard Basking Ridge), Bridgewater about 20 (the Bridgewater Marriott), and Morristown about 30 (the Madison Hotel, the Hyatt Regency Morristown). From Manhattan the estate is about an hour, so a city block usually gets one coach for the day.
The estate sits inside a county park with a long drive from Peapack Road, so we confirm the coach entrance, the drop point at the mansion and where the coach waits with the Pendry events team the week before; the coach drops at the door the resort directs and waits on the estate or at the block, whichever they prefer. From the east our driver comes in on I-287 and Route 206, coach roads the whole way, and from Manhattan the Lincoln Tunnel and I-78.
A full ballroom from a Basking Ridge or Bridgewater block is one 55-seat coach on two runs or two coaches on a single move; from Manhattan it is a full-day booking with the return timed to your contracted end. First pickups are timed so guests are on the lawn 20 minutes before the ceremony, and the last coach waits through the send-off.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.
Your wedding date, guest count, and best contact. Thirty seconds in the quote box, or one call.
A complete price for the day — usually back to you the same day, not days later.
A 25% deposit holds your date and your bus, any time in your planning window.
You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
