Hotel blocks in Branchburg, Bridgewater and Clinton to The Ryland Inn, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →The Ryland Inn is at 115 Old Highway 28 in Whitehouse Station, with the Grand Ballroom up to 240 and the Coach House up to 200, and the ceremony outdoors on the estate grounds or indoors in either room. Complimentary valet covers every guest, and the estate has a long private drive with a valet loop at the main house.
Branchburg is the close block, the Hyatt House, the Residence Inn and the Homewood Suites about 15 minutes away. Clinton and Lebanon (the Hampton Inn, the Courtyard) are also about 15, and Bridgewater (the Marriott, the Hilton Garden Inn) about 20. A Manhattan hotel is about 70 down the Turnpike and I-78.
The coach comes out I-78 to exit 24 and Route 22 to Old Highway 28, then up the private drive; the Coach House is a separate building on the estate, so we confirm which door with the event stylist and where the coach waits, off the valet loop. Your coordinator has the driver’s cell the morning of.
A full Grand Ballroom is one 55-seat coach on two runs from Branchburg or Bridgewater, or two coaches on a stagger; a Coach House wedding is one coach. From Manhattan one coach per 50 guests as a full-day booking. First pickups are timed so guests are on the grounds 20 minutes before the ceremony, and the last coach waits through the send-off.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.
Your wedding date, guest count, and best contact. Thirty seconds in the quote box, or one call.
A complete price for the day — usually back to you the same day, not days later.
A 25% deposit holds your date and your bus, any time in your planning window.
You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
