A Morris County estate with a guest list spread across the Florham Park, Whippany and Parsippany hotels. We handle the runs in from the hotel blocks, then the staggered rides home after the last dance. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →The Park Savoy Estate is a turn-of-the-century mansion at 236 Ridgedale Avenue in Florham Park, with the Ballroom, the Carriage House, the Mansion, the Wine Cellar, the gardens and a new on-site Chapel; ceremonies are held in the Chapel or the gardens. The venue does not publish a guest capacity, so we size the coaches to your count; its listing shows uniformed valet, and the lot is on the estate.
The venue’s own recommended hotels are the Hanover Marriott in Whippany, the Westin Governor Morris in Morristown and the Archer Hotel Florham Park; blocks also land at the Wyndham Hamilton Park in Florham Park and the Hilton Parsippany. The Archer and the Wyndham are five minutes away, the Hanover Marriott ten, Morristown and Parsippany about 15.
Ridgedale Avenue runs between Route 24 and Columbia Turnpike, and the estate’s drive brings a coach right to the mansion’s front. We drop there, park on the estate, and stage the return runs from the door. With the hotels this close we can loop rather than stack coaches. Your coordinator has the driver’s cell the morning of.
Most Park Savoy weddings run one or two 55-seat coaches; with two hotels five minutes away a single coach on a loop covers a lot of guests. First pickups are timed back from the Chapel or garden ceremony; the last coach leaves at your contracted end, waiting through the send-off.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.

A complete price for the day — usually back to you the same day, not days later.
A 25% deposit holds your date and your bus, any time in your planning window.
You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
