Hotel blocks in Parsippany, East Hanover and Fairfield to The Hanover Manor, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →The Hanover Manor is the family-run banquet hall at 16 Eagle Rock Avenue in East Hanover, across the road from Lurker Park, in the same family since 1977. About 18,000 square feet holds the newly renovated Grand Ballroom, the Crystal Room with its atrium windows and skylights, and the Gold, Embassy and Empire rooms, for weddings of up to 450 guests. Ceremonies are held indoors on site, and valet parking comes with every wedding package.
There are no guest rooms at the hall. It points guests to the Holiday Inn & Suites in Parsippany, about 10 minutes away, and the Hampton Inn & Suites in Fairfield, about 20. The Route 10 hotels in East Hanover and Whippany, the Home2 Suites, the Sonesta Select and the Hanover Marriott, are about 15 minutes, and the Archer Hotel in Florham Park about 25.
The hall sits back from Eagle Rock Avenue with driveways on both sides and valet working the front entrance on a wedding night, so we confirm with the hall the week before which drive the coach uses, where guests step off and where it waits during the reception.
A 450-guest wedding is nine 55-seat coaches together, or five coaches running two loops each from the Parsippany and Route 10 hotels, 10 to 15 minutes each way; a wedding of 200 is four coaches together. When the ceremony is at a church or chapel nearby, one bus can stay with the bridal party for the afternoon and make every run between the two, photos included. The last coach waits through the send-off and runs the hotels at the end of the night.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.

A complete price for the day — usually back to you the same day, not days later.
A 25% deposit holds your date and your bus, any time in your planning window.
You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
