Hotel blocks in Florham Park, Morristown and Whippany to Park Avenue Club, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →Park Avenue Club is the private club at 184 Park Avenue in Florham Park, at the corner of Campus Drive, and it hosts one wedding at a time for celebrations of up to 300 guests. Ceremonies are held in the gardens, by the bridge over the koi pond, or in the Ballroom, and weddings at the club are booked through one of its membership programs.
There are no guest rooms at the club. The Archer Hotel is about five minutes down Park Avenue, the Morristown hotels, the Westin Governor Morris, the Hyatt House and the Hyatt Regency, are about 10, and the Hanover Marriott in Whippany and the Hilton Parsippany about 15.
Park Avenue is a divided road where the club sits at the corner of Campus Drive, and valet works the door, so we confirm with the events team the week before which entrance the coach uses, where guests step off and where it waits during the reception.
A 300-guest wedding is six 55-seat coaches together from the Archer and the Morristown hotels, 5 to 10 minutes each way, or three coaches running two loops each. First pickups land guests 20 minutes before the ceremony, and the last coach waits through the send-off and runs the hotels at the end of the night.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.
Your wedding date, guest count, and best contact. Thirty seconds in the quote box, or one call.
A complete price for the day — usually back to you the same day, not days later.
A 25% deposit holds your date and your bus, any time in your planning window.
You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
