Hotel blocks in Convent Station, downtown Morristown and Florham Park to The Madison Hotel, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →The Madison Hotel is the hotel at 1 Convent Road in Morristown, beside NJ Transit’s Convent Station, and it hosts weddings of up to 300 guests for dinner and dancing. Ceremonies are held in the glass Conservatory, which seats up to 250, alongside a reception at the hotel, and the Garden Room opens onto a courtyard.
Guests can stay at the hotel itself, which offers its rooms and suites to the wedding party and guests. Overflow blocks land at the Archer Hotel in Florham Park and the Hyatt House, about 10 minutes away, in downtown Morristown at the Hyatt Regency and the Westin Governor Morris, about 15, and in Parsippany and Whippany, also about 15.
The hotel has one main entrance beside its lot, which runs back toward the Convent Station tracks, so we confirm with the catering office the week before where the coach pulls up at the entrance and where it waits during the reception. Guests coming out from the city on the Morristown Line arrive at Convent Station, a short walk from the door.
With much of the guest list sleeping at the hotel, the coach works the overflow hotels: 100 guests from Florham Park and downtown Morristown is two 55-seat coaches together, or one coach running two loops of 10 to 15 minutes each way. The last coach waits through the send-off and runs the hotels at the end of the night.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.

And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
