Hotel blocks in West Orange, Montclair and East Hanover to Crestmont Country Club, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →Crestmont Country Club is the club at 750 Eagle Rock Avenue in West Orange, just off Route 280, and it hosts one event at a time, with the newly updated ballroom seating up to 250 and indoor and outdoor spaces for the ceremony. Membership is not required to host a wedding at the club.
There are no guest rooms at the club. The West Orange hotels, the Wilshire Grand, the Courtyard, the Cambria and the Residence Inn, are about 10 minutes away, the MC Hotel in Montclair about 15, and East Hanover and Short Hills about 20 to 25.
The club gives 2 Laurel Avenue as its GPS address, and the clubhouse sits up its own drive off Eagle Rock Avenue, so we confirm with the catering office the week before where the coach turns in, where guests step off and where it waits.
A full ballroom of 250 is five 55-seat coaches together from the West Orange hotels, about 10 minutes each way, or three coaches with a second run. The last coach waits through the send-off and runs the hotels at the end of the night.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.
Your wedding date, guest count, and best contact. Thirty seconds in the quote box, or one call.
A complete price for the day — usually back to you the same day, not days later.
A 25% deposit holds your date and your bus, any time in your planning window.
You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
