Hotel blocks in East Brunswick, Old Bridge and Woodbridge to Grand Marquis, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →Grand Marquis is the banquet venue at 1550 Route 9 South in Old Bridge, on the southbound side of the highway about ten minutes from the Garden State Parkway. The Marquis Ballroom seats up to 800 and the Dome Room up to 250, ceremonies are held in the garden by the waterfalls, on the patio or indoors, and valet parking is included for guests.
There are no guest rooms at the venue. It points guests to the Hilton East Brunswick, about 25 minutes away on Route 18, and the Courtyard in Edison and Woodbridge, about 20. The Hampton Inn in Old Bridge is about 15 minutes, and the West Shore hotels on Staten Island, across the Outerbridge, about 35.
The venue lets shuttles drop guests directly at its main entrance, and valet works the lot, so we confirm with the venue the week before which way the coach comes in off Route 9, where it waits during the reception and when it pulls back to the entrance for the send-off.
A Saturday wedding at the 150-guest minimum is three 55-seat coaches together from East Brunswick and Woodbridge, or two coaches with a second run; a ballroom of 400 is eight coaches, or four running two loops each. The last coach waits through the send-off and runs the hotels at the end of the night.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.

You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
