Woodbury Common Premium Outlets in Central Valley is about an hour north of the city, with over 250 brands and more than 80 luxury stores, and it makes a full day out for a church group, a senior club, a social club or an office. The scheduled outlet buses run on their own timetables from Midtown; a private bus leaves from your door when your group is ready and waits until everyone is done. Glyde arranges Sprinters, mini coaches and full coaches from North Jersey, Staten Island and the five boroughs.
Four moves
The bus collects the group at the church, the club or the office, in North Jersey, on Staten Island or in the city. The driver’s name and cell come the night before.
About 40 to 45 minutes from Paramus or Hackensack and about 70 from Midtown on a Saturday morning, up the Thruway to Harriman. Tolls are itemized at cost.
Before the group heads into the stores, everyone gets one meeting time and place for the ride home, and the group leader has the driver’s cell. We confirm with the center where the bus drops off and waits before the date.
Shopping bags ride along in the luggage space, and the group heads home together on the same bus.
Who rides
Most outlet groups are church groups, parish and senior clubs, women’s and social clubs, and offices taking a holiday shopping day, along with visiting groups staying in the city. The day is planned for them: unhurried boarding, one meeting point, and a driver who waits.
One contact, one number. The group leader gets one quote and one contact, and the driver’s name and cell come the night before.
One day, one quote. An outlet trip runs most of the day, so it is quoted as one block of time, travel included.
Set to your schedule
The departure is set to the center’s opening time for your date; plan on four to six hours in the stores, with lunch at the center’s restaurants or the Market Hall food court. Weekday trips run the same way.
From Staten Island it is closer to an hour and a half, so the bus leaves a little earlier. Tolls are itemized at cost. The quote you approve is the invoice you get.
Up to 55 seats
Count the people riding. A club of 13 fits a Sprinter, a church group of 30 a mini coach, and a senior club trip of 55 a full coach.
| Vehicle | Seats | Rate |
|---|---|---|
| Sprinter Van | up to 13 passengers | from $200/hr |
| Mini Bus | 23–29 passengers | $200–300/hr by size |
| Mini Coach | 35–39 passengers | $200–300/hr by size |
| Full Coach | 55 passengers | up to $300/hr |
Rates are $200 to $300 per hour by vehicle size with a 5-hour minimum per vehicle, billed garage-to-garage: the drive to your first pickup, every leg, the wait between them, and the return. Every quote includes 10% gratuity and a 5% fuel charge up front; tolls are itemized at cost. Days that run past 10 hours switch to a full-day rate. Exact per-vehicle rates are on the Pricing Guide.

Four steps
The date, where the group leaves from, how many people ride, and how long you want at the outlets.
One itemized number: base hours, 10% gratuity and 5% fuel already in, tolls listed at cost. No account, no deposit to see it.
Approve the quote and place the deposit; the vehicle and driver are reserved. The balance is due seven days before the trip.
You get the driver’s name and cell by email the evening before, with every pickup restated. The group leader gets the same information.
