Hotel blocks in Downtown Jersey City and Hoboken to Liberty Science Center, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →Liberty Science Center is the science museum at 222 Jersey City Boulevard in Liberty State Park, and it hosts weddings in its own spaces. The two-story galleries and grand lobby hold up to 1,200 guests, the atrium becomes the dance floor, and the glass Observation Tower seats 70 for a smaller dinner or holds 80 for cocktails.
There are no rooms at the museum. Most guests stay in Downtown Jersey City, at the Hyatt Regency on the Hudson, the Hyatt House or the Westin at Newport, about 20 minutes away, or in Hoboken and Weehawken, about 25. The Newark airport hotels are about 20 minutes and Lower Manhattan about 30.
The museum’s lot off Jersey City Boulevard takes buses in head-in spaces, and the only drop-off circle it publishes, off Phillip Street, is kept for guests with special needs, so we confirm with the events team the week before where the coach lets guests off in the evening and where it waits during the reception.
A 150-guest wedding is three 55-seat coaches arriving together from Downtown Jersey City, or two coaches running two loops each, about 20 minutes each way. A tower dinner of 70 is two 35-seat coaches together. The last coach waits through the send-off and runs the hotels at the end of the night.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.

You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
