Hotel blocks in Edgewater, Weehawken and Secaucus to Waterside Events, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →Waterside is the event venue on the Hudson at 7800 River Road in North Bergen, where couples marry on a brick patio at the water’s edge or indoors on the third floor. The third floor holds 200 guests with a dance floor and the second floor 130, and valet attendants come with every event.
There are no guest rooms at the venue. Its partner hotel is the Courtyard by Marriott in Edgewater, about five minutes up River Road. The Weehawken waterfront hotels, the Sheraton Lincoln Harbor and Envue, are about 15 minutes away, the Secaucus hotels in the Meadowlands about 25, and the Times Square hotels about 30.
The building sits at the river end of a large lot off River Road, valet works the arrival, and the restaurant downstairs stays open on wedding nights, so we confirm with the events team the week before where the coach turns in, where guests step off and where it waits during the reception.
A 200-guest wedding is four 55-seat coaches together from Edgewater and Weehawken, or two coaches running two loops each, 5 to 15 minutes each way. With the ceremony at the water, first pickups land guests 20 minutes before it starts, and the last coach waits through the send-off and runs the hotels at the end of the night.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.

A 25% deposit holds your date and your bus, any time in your planning window.
You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
