Hotel blocks in Fairfield, Wayne and West Orange to The Grand, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →The Grand is the wedding hall at 38 Lackawanna Avenue in Totowa, between Routes 80 and 46, in the building many still know as The Bethwood. Couples marry outdoors among its waterfalls, fountains and courtyards or in the indoor ceremony space, the Grand Ballroom takes the reception with the Mahogany Lounge for the hour before, and listings put weddings at up to about 300 guests. Valet parking comes with the packages.
There are no guest rooms at the hall. The venue points guests to the Hampton Inn and Suites and the Best Western in Fairfield, about 15 minutes away on Route 46, and to the Residence Inn in West Orange, about 25. The Wayne hotels on Route 46 are about 15 minutes, and Parsippany about 25.
The hall’s lot runs along its northwest side back to Bomont Place, with homes on the streets behind it, and valet works the door on wedding nights, so we confirm with the venue the week before where the coach pulls up, where guests step off and where it waits, off the residential side streets.
A 300-guest wedding is six 55-seat coaches together from the Fairfield and Wayne hotels, about 15 minutes each way, or three coaches running two loops each. With the ceremony on the grounds, first pickups land guests 20 minutes before it starts, and the last coach waits through the send-off and runs the hotels at the end of the night.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.

You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
