Hotel blocks in Montvale, Park Ridge, and Paramus to Florentine Gardens’ door — and the last ride home after the reception. Our garage is twenty minutes away; tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →The Estate at Florentine Gardens is a Georgian mansion on four landscaped acres at 97 Rivervale Road, one wedding at a time, with the Grand Ballroom, the Great Hall for indoor ceremonies and gardens with a Romanesque gazebo for outdoor ones. The venue publishes up to 350 guests; its listings show valet. Coaches use the estate’s entrance drive and wait in the lot.
The venue’s own recommended hotels are the Marriott Park Ridge, which runs its own shuttle to the estate, and Hotel Nyack across the river. Blocks also land at the Courtyard Montvale, the Courtyard Paramus and the Hilton Pearl River. Park Ridge and Montvale are about 10 minutes away, Paramus and Pearl River about 15, Nyack about 25 over the Palisades.
Rivervale Road is a two-lane residential road, so we approach from the Garden State Parkway or Kinderkamack Road with no turnarounds in the neighborhood, drop at the mansion’s front circle and park on the estate for the night. If the ceremony is in the gardens we hold the first coach until the coordinator confirms guests are seated. Your coordinator has the driver’s cell the morning of.
Three hundred guests on the mansion’s one-wedding-at-a-time calendar is a two-coach job, or one 55-seat coach on a Park Ridge loop when the hotel is ten minutes away. The Park Ridge Marriott’s own shuttle covers some of the block; we cover the rest and the late return, timed to your contracted end.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.
Your wedding date, guest count, and best contact. Thirty seconds in the quote box, or one call.
A complete price for the day — usually back to you the same day, not days later.
A 25% deposit holds your date and your bus, any time in your planning window.
You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
