Hotel blocks in Clifton, Montclair, and Saddle Brook to Valley Regency’s door — and the last ride home after the reception. Our garage is fifteen minutes away; tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →Valley Regency is a ballroom and garden venue at 1129 Valley Road in Clifton, with a Grand Ballroom, a second ballroom for the cocktail hour, gardens and a gazebo, and indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces. The venue publishes up to 450 guests; its listings show valet. The lot is on the property, and the coach waits there between runs.
The venue’s own recommended hotels are the Best Western Plus Fairfield Executive Inn and the Hampton Inn & Suites Fairfield, about 15 minutes out Route 46; blocks also land at the MC Hotel in Montclair, ten minutes down Valley Road, and at the Marriott Saddle Brook, the Courtyard Wayne Fairfield and the Hilton Garden Inn Wayne, 15 to 20 minutes.
Valley Road is the local road along the Montclair line, off Route 3 and the Parkway, and the venue’s entrance drive takes a coach without trouble. We drop at the front entrance under the portico, park in the lot, and run the return loop from the door. Your coordinator has the driver’s cell the morning of.
A 450-guest ballroom is a three-coach job on a stagger; most Valley Regency weddings run two 55-seat coaches, or one coach on two trips from a single hotel. Fairfield and Wayne blocks share one run; Montclair gets its own. The last coach leaves at your contracted end.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.
Your wedding date, guest count, and best contact. Thirty seconds in the quote box, or one call.
A complete price for the day — usually back to you the same day, not days later.
A 25% deposit holds your date and your bus, any time in your planning window.
You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
