Get your wedding quote →Forsgate Country Club is the club at 375 Forsgate Drive in Monroe Township, just off Exit 8A of the Turnpike, and no membership is required to host a wedding there. The Highlands Ballroom seats up to 500 for a banquet, ceremonies are held in the formal garden, and valet parking comes with every wedding package.
There are no guest rooms at the club. The hotels on Forsgate Drive near Exit 8A, the DoubleTree, the Courtyard and the TownePlace Suites, are about 10 minutes away, East Windsor about 20, and Princeton and New Brunswick about 25.
The club sits on Forsgate Drive just off Exit 8A, with valet at the front door, so we confirm with the club the week before which way the coach turns in, where guests step off and where it waits during the reception.
A wedding of 250 is five 55-seat coaches together from the Forsgate Drive hotels, about 10 minutes each way, or three coaches with a second run; a full ballroom of 500 is ten coaches, or five running two loops each. The last coach waits through the send-off and runs the hotels at the end of the night.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.

Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
