Hotel blocks in Kenilworth, Clark and Springfield to Galloping Hill Caterers, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →Galloping Hill Caterers is the banquet hall at 1085 Galloping Hill Road in Union, at the Five Points junction, with four ballrooms, among them the Corinthian and the Crystal, and its own indoor Ceremony Room with a fountain altar. It is a different venue from the Clubhouse at the Galloping Hill golf course in Kenilworth.
There are no guest rooms at the hall. It points guests to the Kenilworth hotel near the Parkway, about 10 minutes away, the Holiday Inn in Clark, about 15, the Hilton Garden Inn in Springfield, about 20, and the Hampton Inn in Linden, about 25.
The hall stands in its own large lot at Five Points, with valet at the front door, so we confirm with the hall the week before where the coach pulls in, where guests step off under the entrance and where it waits during the reception.
A wedding of 200 is four 55-seat coaches together from Kenilworth and Clark, or two coaches running two loops each, 10 to 15 minutes each way. With the ceremony in the hall’s own Ceremony Room, first pickups land guests 20 minutes before it starts, and the last coach waits through the send-off and runs the hotels at the end of the night.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.

Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
