Most transportation sites make you fill out a form to learn a starting price. Here is the number first. For the standard job — guests picked up at the hotel before the ceremony and brought back after the reception — a dedicated guest shuttle in New York City lands between about $2,400 and $3,100 all-in for most weddings, depending on bus size, how long the day runs, and whether the route crosses into the congestion zone. $14.40 per entry into Manhattan below 60th Street. A Midtown hotel pickup is one entry; bringing guests back at night is a second. A Brooklyn hotel to a Brooklyn venue never enters the zone and pays nothing.
Brooklyn, Manhattan, Williamsburg, Queensboro — no toll for the coach. The Verrazzano is the exception: $25.50 each way, so a Staten Island wedding carries $51.

Noon pickups at Manhattan hotels, a Brooklyn ceremony, a Brooklyn reception, and a last run back to Manhattan at 10:30 is a 12-hour day for the bus. We don’t price that by the hour. Once a booking runs past 10 hours garage-to-garage, it switches automatically to our full-day rate — 10 hours of service with our travel time included, covering up to 12 hours garage-to-garage.
On a Mini Coach that day is base $2,625 (the day rate plus one half-hour over the window) + gratuity $262.50 + fuel $131.25 + congestion $28.80 = $3,047.55 all-in, about $87 per guest for a coach that is theirs from noon to the end of the night. The full-day rate is never more than the hourly math would have been.
The bill follows the window the bus is reserved, not the seats filled.
Manhattan pickups below 60th add the congestion entries; Brooklyn-to-Brooklyn adds nothing.
At many Manhattan and Brooklyn venues a coach cannot sit at the curb. The way we run it: the coach stages nearby ahead of your time, and one call from your coordinator brings it to the door to load. That is planning, not a charge — but it is why a named point of contact matters.
If the hotel-to-venue run is short, one bus loops comfortably. Longer runs, or several hotels spread across Manhattan, usually mean a second vehicle rather than a bigger one.
Plan on 60–75% of the guests in the hotel block actually riding. Then match riders to a vehicle:

From the layouts above, a dedicated shuttle works out to $74 to $87 per guest for door-to-door transportation both ways, with a driver who knows where the bus can and cannot stop. Two Saturday-night rideshares across the river, per couple, usually cost more than that and arrive in no particular order.
When you can skip it: the hotel and the venue are a few blocks apart; every guest is a short cab ride away and there is no group timing to hold; or the riding group is under about a dozen. In those cases we will tell you so on the first email.
