Hotel blocks in Park Ridge, Pearl River and Nanuet to Edgewood Country Club, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →Edgewood Country Club is the club at 449 Rivervale Road in River Vale, with one event per date and a ballroom for up to 300 guests with a dance floor. Ceremonies are held indoors or outdoors among the trees, and the terrace overlooking the pool takes the cocktail hour.
There are no guest rooms at the club. Most blocks land at the Marriott Park Ridge and the Courtyard Montvale, about 20 minutes away, at the Hilton in Pearl River, New York, about 15, at the Nanuet hotels, about 20, and in Paramus, about 25.
The club’s own directions include the Palisades Parkway, which is closed to buses, and it notes that GPS can place it in Westwood, so the coach comes in another way, and we confirm with the club the week before where it lets guests off and where it waits.
The club’s 150-guest minimum is three 55-seat coaches together, and a full ballroom of 300 is six, or three running two loops each from Park Ridge and Montvale, about 20 minutes each way. The last coach waits through the send-off and runs the hotels at the end of the night.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.

You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
