There is no lot; the venue posts a staff member on 9th Street, which has no meters, and guests and music end at 12:30.
Long Island City is the close block, the Ravel Hotel, the Z Hotel and the Hilton Garden Inn about 5 minutes and some of them a walk. Midtown East is about 20 minutes over the Queensboro Bridge, and a hotel pickup below 60th Street adds the congestion toll to the quote at cost.
The coach comes over the Queensboro Bridge or through the Midtown Tunnel from Manhattan, or over the RFK from the north, curbs at the big door on 9th Street for loading, which the venue allows, and waits on the wider Queens Plaza blocks between runs. The 12:30 curfew sets the last pickup. Your coordinator has the driver’s cell the morning of.
A full Foundry is one 55-seat coach on two runs from Midtown, or a mini coach on loops from the LIC hotels. First pickups are timed so guests are inside 20 minutes before the ceremony, and the last coach is on 9th Street for the send-off before the curfew.
