Your ceremony and your room block share an address, so the shuttle work is everyone else — guests in from the Manhattan and Brooklyn hotels to Queens Plaza, and the last ride home when the rooftop closes. Our garage is forty-five minutes out in Little Ferry; tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →The Ravel Hotel is a boutique hotel at 8-08 Queens Plaza South in Long Island City, beside the Queensboro Bridge, with the Grand Estate Ballroom (up to 500 seated with a dance floor per its wedding packages), the Penthouse under a retractable roof, the Observation Deck and TEN Rooftop (225 seated); indoor and outdoor ceremony areas on site. The hotel publishes valet parking and a hotel shuttle on request.
Most guests stay at the Ravel itself; overflow blocks go to the Boro Hotel, the Hilton Garden Inn, the Hyatt Place and the Aloft Long Island City, all within ten minutes. The shuttle work at a Ravel wedding is the Manhattan block, 10 to 20 minutes over the free Queensboro Bridge, and the ceremony run when the ceremony is off site.
We have run the Ravel. Queens Plaza South is the bridge’s service road, busy and one-way, so the coach drops at the hotel entrance and then stages on the corner of Queens Plaza South and 9th Street, facing east, ready to pull up on your coordinator’s call. Manhattan runs use the Queensboro Bridge, no toll, landing on Second Avenue at 59th. Your coordinator has the driver’s cell the morning of.
A full ballroom is a two- or three-coach job on a stagger; a rooftop wedding fits one 55-seat coach on a Manhattan loop. Bridge traffic on a Saturday evening adds 15 minutes, and pickups carry it. The last coach leaves at your contracted end and waits through the send-off.
Glyde ran a wedding guest shuttle at The Ravel Hotel in September 2026 — Manhattan hotel pickups over to Long Island City, and the return at the end of the night.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.
Your wedding date, guest count, and best contact. Thirty seconds in the quote box, or one call.
A complete price for the day — usually back to you the same day, not days later.
A 25% deposit holds your date and your bus, any time in your planning window.
You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
