Hauppauge and Islandia (the Hyatt Regency Long Island, the Holiday Inn Express, the Residence Inn, the Hampton Inn) are about 18 minutes, the Hampton Inn Commack about 20, and a Manhattan hotel about 75.
The coach comes off the LIE at exit 56 or 62 up to Route 347, then 25A or Moriches Road to Mills Pond Road; the Northern State and the Sunken Meadow that end near here are closed to buses. In through the gates and up the drive to the covered entrance where the valet works, and the coach waits in the lot. Your coordinator has the driver’s cell the morning of.
