The Harbor View Ballroom takes 80 to 225 guests, the ceremony is on the Sunset Deck over the water or indoors, and valet is included for every event; the venue says its lot takes limousines and buses of various sizes.
The Hampton Inn in Huntington village is the close block, about 5 minutes from the harbor. The Route 110 corridor in Melville (the Hilton Long Island/Huntington, the Marriott Melville, the Residence Inn, the Homewood Suites) is about 20 minutes, Woodbury and Plainview (the Inn at Fox Hollow, the Holiday Inn Plainview) about 25, and a Manhattan hotel about 60.
The coach comes off the LIE at exit 49N and runs Route 110 north through Huntington village to the harbor, staying on 110 where it crosses the Northern State, which is closed to buses. The last stretch of New York Avenue is a two-lane waterfront road. We drop at the door and the coach parks on the property between runs. Your coordinator has the driver’s cell the morning of.
