From Nassau hotel blocks to the North Shore mansions and the East End, and from Manhattan for the day, on a coach that stays off the parkways the Island keeps buses off. Tell us the date; we handle the moving parts.

Crest Hollow Country Club — 100 to more than 1,000 on 24 acres, one of the biggest lots on the Island. The Garden City Hotel — 500 at rounds in the Grand Ballroom, 269 rooms across from the LIRR. Pine Hollow Country Club — East Norwich, the North Shore club off Route 106. Westbury Manor — Westbury, the gardens on Jericho Turnpike.
Flowerfield — St. James, up to 350 with the ceremony on Gazebo Island. Larkfield — East Northport, up to 400 in the Villaggio Ballroom. Watermill Caterers — Smithtown, the Watermill Chapel and the gardens on Route 347.
Land’s End — Sayville, the beach and the gazebo on the Great South Bay, one wedding at a time. Bourne Mansion — Oakdale, up to 300 on the Idle Hour estate. Giorgio’s — Baiting Hollow, 300 in the ballroom on the Sound bluffs above a golf course.
The Northern State, the Southern State, the Meadowbrook, the Wantagh, the Sagtikos and the Sunken Meadow are closed to buses, with bridges a coach does not fit under. Our coaches run the LIE, Jericho Turnpike, Route 347 and Sunrise Highway, and the route is set by hand before the date.
A Midtown hotel to Woodbury or Garden City is about 50 minutes, Smithtown about 65, the East End about 100. A city guest list rides one 55-seat coach per 50 guests as a full-day booking, up before the ceremony and home after the last dance, quoted as one number.
Most couples block on the Route 110 corridor in Melville (the Marriott Melville, the Hilton Long Island/Huntington), in Plainview and Syosset, in Hauppauge (the Hyatt Regency Long Island), or by MacArthur Airport in Ronkonkoma for the South Shore venues. The Inn at Fox Hollow takes the Woodbury weddings and the Garden City Hotel houses its own.
First pickups land guests 20 minutes before the ceremony. A 300-guest room is one 55-seat coach on two runs or two coaches on a stagger; a Sprinter or mini bus covers an LIRR station loop. The last coach leaves at your contracted end, waits through the send-off, then runs the hotel drops and the city return.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.
Your wedding date, guest count, and best contact. Thirty seconds in the quote box, or one call.
A complete price for the day — usually back to you the same day, not days later.
A 25% deposit holds your date and your bus, any time in your planning window.
You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
