Get your wedding quote →Larkfield is at 507 Larkfield Road in East Northport, half a mile north of Jericho Turnpike. The Villaggio Ballroom takes up to 400 guests with a dance floor and the Borghese Ballroom takes smaller weddings, with the ceremony in the gardens for up to 250 or indoors. Valet is included in the wedding packages.
The Hampton Inn Commack is the close block, about 12 minutes from the venue. The Route 110 corridor in Melville (the Marriott, the Hilton Long Island/Huntington, the Residence Inn) and Hauppauge (the Hyatt Regency Long Island, the Holiday Inn Express, the Residence Inn) are each about 18 minutes, and a Manhattan hotel about 60.
The coach comes off the LIE at exit 51, Deer Park Avenue north into Jericho Turnpike, or exit 52 and Commack Road north, then Larkfield Road north with the venue on the right; the Northern State exit in car directions is closed to buses. We drop at the valet entrance and confirm the wait spot with the venue the week before. Your coordinator has the driver’s cell the morning of.
A full Villaggio Ballroom is two coaches on a stagger from Melville or Hauppauge, or one 55-seat coach on loops from Commack; from Manhattan figure one coach per 50 guests as a full-day booking. First pickups are timed so guests are in the gardens 20 minutes before the ceremony, and the last coach waits through the send-off.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.

“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
