Hotel blocks in Staten Island, Elizabeth and Bay Ridge to Grand Colony Hall, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →Grand Colony Hall is the 1917 ballroom of the old Sea View Hospital, the building the hospital called its Auditorium, on the Sea View landmark campus off Brielle Avenue. It has 40-foot ceilings, chandeliers and a stage, seats up to 350, and opens onto an outside terrace. The hall is run as Daddino’s Grand Ballroom with its own in-house catering and books weddings, sweet 16s, quinceañeras and mitzvahs as well as ceremonies.
The nearest hotels are the South Avenue block in Bloomfield, the Hilton Garden Inn, the Hampton Inn and Suites and the Fairfield, about 20 minutes away. Hotel Richmond in St. George and the Elizabeth airport hotels are about 35 minutes, and Bay Ridge, over the Verrazzano, about the same.
The hall sits on a shared campus, with senior housing and the hospital on the same Brielle Avenue address, so the right gate and the right door matter more here than at most halls. We confirm with the hall the week before which entrance the coach uses, where it drops at the ballroom and where it waits on the property, and the driver gets all of it in writing with the times.
A full ballroom of 300 is three 55-seat coaches running two loops each from the South Avenue hotels. A sweet 16 or a smaller wedding is one mini coach on loops. First pickups are timed so guests are inside 20 minutes before the ceremony, and the last coach waits through the send-off.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.

You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
