Hotel blocks in Staten Island, Bay Ridge and Elizabeth to LiGreci’s Staaten, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →LiGreci’s Staaten is the family-run catering hall at 697 Forest Avenue in West Brighton, a Staten Island wedding house for five decades. It has six rooms on three floors: the Imperial Room, the largest, listed at about 350 seated, plus the Back Imperial, the Forest Room and the Lounge on the main floor, the Esquire Room upstairs and the Parlor downstairs. Ceremonies can be held on site in a private room the hall sets with chairs and a runner; there is no outdoor ceremony space. Valet parking comes with the wedding package.
There is no hotel at the hall. The closest block is the South Avenue and Wild Avenue hotels in Bloomfield, the Hilton Garden Inn, the Hampton Inn and Suites and the Fairfield, about 20 minutes away. Bay Ridge in Brooklyn is about the same over the Verrazzano, with the Bay Ridge Hotel and the Best Western Gregory. Guests flying into Newark stay at the Elizabeth airport hotels, about 40 minutes out.
Forest Avenue is a busy commercial strip and the hall runs valet off its own lot, so we confirm with the banquet manager the week before where the coach pulls in and where it waits, and guests are dropped at the hall’s entrance rather than on the avenue. If the wedding party goes out for photos at Clove Lakes Park, Snug Harbor or Fort Wadsworth, the spots the hall itself suggests, the same coach can carry them there and back before the reception.
A 150-guest wedding is one 55-seat coach on three runs from the South Avenue hotels, or two coaches on a stagger. A full Imperial Room is three coaches running loops. First pickups are timed so guests are seated 20 minutes before the ceremony, and the last coach waits through the send-off and runs the hotels at the end of the night.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.

Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
