Hotel blocks on the West Shore, Bay Ridge and Elizabeth to Richmond County Country Club, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.

Event seating is listed at about 275 across a ballroom and pre-function space, with the Garden Room, the Main Dining Room and the Presidents Room for smaller parties, and the club’s own pages show receptions outdoors under a tent. The golf clubhouse on Todt Hill Road is a separate site; weddings are at Flagg Place.
There are no guest rooms at the club. The Hylan Inn on Hylan Boulevard is about 10 minutes away, the West Shore hotels on South Avenue, the Hilton Garden Inn, the Hampton Inn and Suites and the Fairfield, about 20, and Bay Ridge in Brooklyn about 20 over the Verrazzano. Guests flying into Newark stay at the Elizabeth airport hotels, about 30 minutes out.
The clubhouse sits up the hill among homes on Flagg Place, and the club gives 1 The Oval as its address for drivers, so the coach is routed to the Main Clubhouse and never to the golf clubhouse on Todt Hill Road. The club publishes no rule for coaches on its drive, so we confirm with the event office the week before where the coach turns in, where guests step off at the clubhouse door and where it waits during the reception.
A 200-guest wedding is two 55-seat coaches running two loops each from the West Shore hotels, about 20 minutes each way. A smaller party staying at the Hylan Inn is a mini coach on loops. First pickups land guests 20 minutes before the ceremony, and the last coach waits through the send-off and runs the hotels at the end of the night.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.

And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
