Hotel blocks in St. George, the West Shore and Bay Ridge to Casa Belvedere, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →Casa Belvedere is the Italianate mansion at the top of Grymes Hill, home of the Italian Cultural Foundation, and its private events are run by The Belvedere Club, which caters everything in house. Receptions take up to 100 guests on the main level, with dinner in the ballroom and cocktails on the terrace, or up to 55 downstairs at Bacco, the wine-cellar lounge. The weddings written up here hold the ceremony at a church and the reception at the mansion.
There are no guest rooms at the mansion. The Hotel Richmond in St. George and the Hylan Inn are about 15 minutes away, the West Shore hotels on South Avenue, the Hilton Garden Inn, the Hampton Inn and Suites and the Fairfield, about 20, and Bay Ridge in Brooklyn about 20 over the Verrazzano. The Elizabeth airport hotels are about 30 minutes out.
The mansion sits at the top of Howard Avenue, across from Notre Dame Academy, and the venue keeps the front porch clear of parked cars and runs valet most evenings, so we confirm with The Belvedere Club the week before where the coach lets guests off and where it waits. When the ceremony is at a church, the coach meets everyone at the church door after the service and brings them up the hill for cocktails on the terrace.
A 100-guest reception is two 55-seat coaches together, or one coach on two runs. The club’s events end at 10 PM on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday and at 11 PM on Saturday, so the last coach is staged before the end time and runs the hotels right after the send-off.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped as close to the mansion as the drive allows, not at the bottom of the hill.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.

Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.

Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
