Hotel blocks in Staten Island, Bay Ridge and Elizabeth to The Stone House at Clove Lakes, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →The Stone House is the old Clove Lakes boathouse at 1150 Clove Road, on its own small island in Clove Lake inside Clove Lakes Park; guests cross a stone footbridge to reach it. The glass-enclosed Lakeside Patio holds up to 150, with the Lake View Atrium, the Fireplace Room and the Chef’s Loft for smaller parties, and couples marry outside by the gazebo and fountain or on the stone patio over the water. Valet is required for events.
The closest hotels are on Staten Island’s West Shore, the Hilton Garden Inn, the Hampton Inn and Suites and the Fairfield on South Avenue, about 20 minutes away. Bay Ridge, over the Verrazzano, is about 25 minutes, and the Elizabeth airport hotels about 35.
The hall is reached on foot over the footbridge, so the coach drops on the park side as close to the bridge as the park allows and guests walk across; if anyone in the party should not make the walk, tell us when you book and we work it out with the venue. NYC Parks has construction in the Clove Lakes lot at Martling Avenue and Clove Road into late 2026, so we confirm the drop point and the wait spot with the Stone House the week before.
A 150-guest wedding is one 55-seat coach on three runs from the West Shore hotels, or two coaches on a stagger. A smaller party in the Atrium or the Fireplace Room is one mini coach on loops. Because guests walk the last stretch, first pickups run a little earlier so everyone is seated 20 minutes before the ceremony, and the last coach waits through the send-off.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the footbridge, as close as the park allows, not across a parking lot.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.
Your wedding date, guest count, and best contact. Thirty seconds in the quote box, or one call.
A complete price for the day — usually back to you the same day, not days later.
A 25% deposit holds your date and your bus, any time in your planning window.
You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
