Hotel blocks on the West Shore, Woodbridge and Elizabeth to Old Bermuda Inn, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →The Historic Old Bermuda Inn sits on Arthur Kill Road in Rossville, off Exit 4 of the West Shore Expressway, and hosts one wedding at a time. Its six rooms take from 30 to 325 guests, with weddings listed up to about 300, and couples can marry in the Hamilton Wedding Chapel on site, which seats up to 150. The Guest House on the grounds, the old St. Luke’s parsonage, has four suites and a cottage for the couple or out-of-town guests, and the inn has its own parking lot.
Beyond the four suites on the grounds, the closest hotels are the West Shore block on South Avenue, the Hilton Garden Inn, the Hampton Inn and Suites and the Fairfield, about 15 minutes away. Woodbridge, New Jersey, across the Outerbridge Crossing, is about 20 minutes, the Newark airport hotels in Elizabeth about 30, and Bay Ridge in Brooklyn about 40.
The inn faces Arthur Kill Road but its address is on Veterans Road West, the expressway service road, and its lot runs toward St. Luke’s Avenue, so we confirm with the catering manager the week before which side the coach comes in on, where guests step off and where it waits during the reception. Guests staying in the Guest House or the cottage walk over; the coach runs the hotels.
A 200-guest wedding is two 55-seat coaches running two loops each from the West Shore hotels, about 15 minutes each way. Woodbridge guests are one run over the Outerbridge. With the ceremony in the chapel on site, first pickups land everyone 20 minutes before it starts, and the last coach waits through the send-off and runs the hotels at the end of the night.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.

Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
