Hotel blocks in Bridgewater, Basking Ridge and Lebanon to Fiddler’s Elbow, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →Fiddler’s Elbow is the country club at 811 Rattlesnake Bridge Road in Bedminster, where the English manor clubhouse hosts one wedding a day. Ceremonies overlook the Lamington River, with indoor backups, and the Ballroom seats up to 266 with a large dance floor. Weddings at the club come with a house membership.
There are no guest rooms at the club. Most blocks land in Bridgewater and Branchburg, at the Bridgewater Marriott, the Hilton Garden Inn or the AC Hotel, about 15 minutes away, or in Basking Ridge and Warren and in Lebanon and Clinton, also about 15. The Bernards Inn in Bernardsville is about 20.
The clubhouse sits at the end of the club’s own drive, a winding road in from Rattlesnake Bridge Road across the golf course, so we confirm with the events office the week before where the coach pulls up at the manor door and where it waits during the reception.
The club’s Saturday minimum is 165 guests, which is three 55-seat coaches together from the Bridgewater hotels, about 15 minutes each way, or two coaches with a second run. First pickups land guests 20 minutes before the riverside ceremony, and the last coach waits through the send-off and runs the hotels at the end of the night.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.

Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
