Hotel blocks in Basking Ridge, Berkeley Heights and Summit to Primavera Regency, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →Primavera Regency is the wedding venue at 1080 Valley Road in Stirling, in Long Hill Township, and it hosts one wedding at a time with the whole building given over to it. The cream and gold ballroom holds up to 250 guests, ceremonies are held in the gazebo on the grounds or indoors, and valet parking comes with every wedding.
There are no guest rooms at the venue. Most blocks land in Basking Ridge and Warren, at the Somerset Hills Hotel, the Delta or the Courtyard, and in Berkeley Heights at the Embassy Suites, each about 15 minutes away. Summit is about 25 minutes and the Morristown hotels about 30.
The venue warns that online directions to it are wrong and publishes its own route in from I-78 along Valley Road, and valet works the lot behind the building, so we confirm with the venue the week before where the coach turns in, where guests step off at the door and where it waits.
A full ballroom of 250 is five 55-seat coaches together from Basking Ridge and Berkeley Heights, or three coaches with a second run, about 15 minutes each way; a wedding of 150 is three coaches together. First pickups land guests about 20 minutes before the ceremony, not an hour early, and the last coach waits through the send-off and runs the hotels at the end of the night.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.

A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
