Most guests stay at Arlo itself; overflow blocks go to the William Vale, the Hoxton and the Wythe Hotel, all within a few blocks, and the Moxy Williamsburg on Bedford Avenue. So the shuttle at an Arlo wedding is usually the Manhattan block, 15 to 25 minutes over the Williamsburg Bridge, or the ceremony run when the ceremony is off site.
Wythe Avenue is a two-way commercial street and a coach can stop at the hotel’s door long enough to load; there is nowhere on the block to sit, so between runs the coach parks on Kent Avenue or an industrial side street nearby and pulls up to the door exactly at pickup time, on one call from your coordinator. Manhattan runs use the Williamsburg Bridge, which is free and lands on Delancey Street.
