Hotel blocks in Bay Ridge, Elizabeth and the West Shore to Above Rooftop, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →Above is the rooftop ballroom, lounge and terrace on top of the Hilton Garden Inn at 1100 South Avenue, run by the same family group as Nicotra’s Ballroom in the same building. Guests ride private elevators up for the ceremony and the reception, listings put weddings at about 100 to 300 guests, and the couple gets a suite in the hotel for the wedding night.
Guests booked into the hotel’s own block simply take the elevator, and the Hampton Inn and Suites and the Fairfield on the West Shore are about 10 minutes away. The shuttle matters for everyone else: the Newark airport hotels in Elizabeth are about 25 minutes out, and Bay Ridge in Brooklyn about 35 over the Verrazzano.
The hotel sits back from South Avenue on Lois Lane, a loop off Glen Street beside the West Shore Expressway, with large surface lots around it, so we confirm with the sales office the week before which entrance Above guests use, where the coach lets them off and where it waits. When the ceremony is at a church, the coach meets everyone at the church door and brings them to the hotel for the ride up.
A 150-guest church party is three 55-seat coaches together, and guests staying off site, in Elizabeth or Bay Ridge, ride one coach on loops. The last coach waits through the send-off and runs those hotels at the end of the night.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.

Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
