Hotel blocks in Greenpoint and Williamsburg to The Greenpoint Loft, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →The Greenpoint Loft is a raw waterfront loft at 67 West Street in Greenpoint, with a legal capacity of 185 for the ceremony and the reception, a mezzanine, and a rooftop with the Manhattan skyline behind it. There is no parking with the rental; the venue points guests to the MPG garage on India Street and to its approved valet vendor. Everything is out by 2 AM.
Greenpoint has the Box House Hotel and the Henry Norman Hotel five minutes away; Williamsburg, ten minutes, has the William Vale and the Wythe Hotel. Guests staying in Manhattan come over the Williamsburg Bridge or the Pulaski from Midtown, about 25 minutes. Late-night rides out of West Street are scarce, which is why the coach at the end of the night matters here.
West Street is a waterfront industrial street with truck traffic and little curb, so we confirm the drop point and the wait spot with your venue coordinator the week before and drop at the loft’s entrance. The coach waits on a nearby block rather than in front of the door. From Manhattan our driver takes the Williamsburg Bridge or the Midtown Tunnel and the Pulaski, never the BQE service roads he cannot turn a coach on.
A full loft is one 55-seat coach on three runs from Williamsburg or Manhattan, or two mini coaches on continuous loops. First pickups are timed so guests are upstairs 20 minutes before the ceremony, and the last coach waits through the send-off.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.
Your wedding date, guest count, and best contact. Thirty seconds in the quote box, or one call.
A complete price for the day — usually back to you the same day, not days later.

You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
