Hotel blocks in Downtown Brooklyn and Midtown Manhattan to Brooklyn Museum, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →The Brooklyn Museum is at 200 Eastern Parkway at Washington Avenue, next to the Botanic Garden and Prospect Park. The Beaux-Arts Court seats 660 for dinner and dancing, 880 for a ceremony and holds 1,000 for a reception; the Rubin Pavilion and Lobby seats 200 for dinner with dancing and 300 for a ceremony. The museum has its own lot behind the building off Washington Avenue, run by GGMC, which also handles valet and validation for events.
Downtown Brooklyn is the block, about ten minutes: the Hilton Brooklyn Downtown, the Aloft Brooklyn, the EVEN Hotel. A Midtown Manhattan hotel (the Hilton Midtown, the Sheraton Times Square) is about 30 minutes over the Manhattan Bridge and down Flatbush Avenue. A wedding this size usually runs coaches from both.
The museum’s public doors are on Eastern Parkway and the lot entrance is behind the building off Washington Avenue, so we confirm with the museum’s events team the week before which doors your guests use and where the coach loads, and we drop there. The coach waits in the lot or on a block the museum clears with us, not on the parkway, and returns on your coordinator’s call. From Manhattan our driver takes the Manhattan Bridge and Flatbush Avenue to Grand Army Plaza, never the BQE ramps that cannot take a coach.
A Beaux-Arts Court wedding is three or four 55-seat coaches on a stagger, or two coaches on continuous loops from Downtown Brooklyn; a Rubin Pavilion wedding is one coach on two runs. First pickups are timed so guests are inside 20 minutes before the ceremony, and the last coach waits through the send-off.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.
Your wedding date, guest count, and best contact. Thirty seconds in the quote box, or one call.
A complete price for the day — usually back to you the same day, not days later.
A 25% deposit holds your date and your bus, any time in your planning window.
You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
